BBQ / Grill Sauces and Pre/pro-biotics

Well at this time of year I am starting to crave getting the Grill and smoker back in order Its a shame I am going to be away. As I love to cook, In Scotland we’re not blessed with perfect weather. However its never stopped me from making sauces, and ferments.

Plus the rain does keep the temperature down for cold smoking. I just want to play with new ingredients this year. I wish I could get Antiguan pineapples here, and smoking woods that I just can’t at this time justify importing.

Maybe this year will see me build an outdoor kitchen, and find the right people to share it with.
