So anyone that knows my current journey, I’ve been on a therapy regime trying to let my past settle, and understand myself better. I’ve also been trying to label myself. Nothing fit as a precise label until I learned about the “Sigma Empath” one of the rarest personality types.
Well I have always thought I was an Empath, I’ve always fitted well there. However, I am not one that cares what others think about me, I am happy with my own time. So Sigma is a personality archetype of a dominant introvert who is self-reliant and independent. Their power doesn’t come from a social hierarchy, it instead comes from their being. Likewise, an Empath is someone that understands others’ feelings.
I now have an answer, I also understand why so many people can’t put me in a box. Because I have my own box, which I live outside. I do not need others’ approval nor do I want it. Whilst researching this, I gave the description of A Sigma male to my few friends, and they all agree, it sums me up one hundred percent.
